Simply fill out this form to request on-site repair service for your printer, copier, computer, laptop or server.

Requests can be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you would like to schedule service for the same business day, your request must be received before 1:00pm PST. We always try our best to schedule you for same-day service, but because our technician's daily workload can vary, we cannot guarantee same-day service unless your equipment is covered by a Technic Service Agreement. All service requests submitted online must be for on-site service during normal business hours only.
