Shopping Policies

The following forms a legal agreement between you and Technic Computer Service Corporation (DBA "Technic Business Solutions"; hereto "Technic"). By using this website ( or "Site") you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use this Site. The material provided on this site is protected by law, including, but not limited to, United States Copyright Law and international treaties. Any claim relating to the use of this site, its materials and any sales thereunder is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of other laws or rules, and California will be the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from the use of or orders made on this site. By submitting your online order, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms below governing the conditions of the sales, payment, shipment, and returns of all products purchased from this Site.

  • Debit/Credit Cards

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express corporate/government credit cards issued by US banks only. For your protection, if your shipping address is different from your billing address, the processing of your order maybe delayed while we verify your order.

  • Technic Credit

    Customers with approved credit will receive standard NET 30 terms. A signed purchase order is required before an online order can be processed.

  • Personal Checks/Cashier’s Checks/Money Orders/COD

    We do not accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders or COD orders.

IMPORTANT: If you choose to use a credit card as your payment method, your Shipping Address must be the same as your Billing Address, or it must be on file with your credit ard company as an authorized shipping address. This is a necessary fraud-prevention measure for your protection, and we cannot make an exception under any circumstances.

We process and ship most orders the same day if the order is received before 1:00 pm PST. However, occasionally it may take 1-2 business days before we can process and ship your order. The availability and processing time of each product are indicated on the individual product information page.If an item is on back-order, or if we cannot ship an item within three (3) business days, we will contact you and let you know the approximate wait time, and you always have the option to change or cancel your order before it ships. Your credit card is not charged until we have shipped your item. Orders placed over weekends are processed the following Monday.

We provide automated notification of every update on your order status via e-mail. If you have not received a tracking number, or do not know the status of your order, please allow 24 hours before contacting us. Tracking information is automatically provided to you by e-mail when your order has shipped. It may take up to 12 hours before your package enters the shipping courier’s computer system and you can track your package with the provided tracking number. You can check the status of an order or track an order by logging into your account and viewing the appropriate order.

Shipping Costs and Methods:

  • Shipments to the lower 48 states of the US

    For standard shipping, we use UPS Ground for most orders shipped to the lower 48 states of the US (orders weighing less than 2 lbs. may be shipped via USPS First-Class® or USPS Priority Mail®). For faster delivery times, we also offer UPS Next Day Air®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, and UPS 3 Day Select® (orders weighing less than 2 lbs. may be shipped via USPS Express Mail®). Please note that not all shipping methods are available for all areas (during checkout you will be shown the available options for your shipping address and the estimated transit times). Express shipping is not available for items weighing more than 40 lbs. At your request, or under certain circumstances, we may use another shipping courier. Oversized items may ship via ground freight service.

  • Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii

    All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped by UPS 2nd Day Air®. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is not recommended for items weighing more than 30 lbs since the cost can be excessive.

  • Shipping to P.O. Boxes

    Since UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes (including military), we can only ship to physical addresses within the United States.

  • International Shipments

    At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Your complete satisfaction is important to us. Please contact us if you have any problems with an order or need to make a return and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please read the complete details of our Return Policy below.

Most products may be returned within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. Products with a different return policy/period will have the return policy/period indicated on the product information page. Please make sure all returned products are in their original condition, with factory packaging, manual, blank warranty card, accessories, etc. We will only refund the original shipping costs if the return is a result of our own error.

  • Restocking Fee

    We reserve the right to assess a minimum restocking fee of 20% or $25, whichever is greater, for products that are blemished, or are returned with missing/damaged factory packaging or accessories. We may charge you for the full cost of replacing any missing items or accessories if the cost exceeds 20% of the product value.

  • Refused or undelivered shipments

    Items returned to us due to failed or refused delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee or $25, whichever is greater. Items that must be re-shipped will incur the same shipping charges that apply to the original order.

  • Exceptions

    We cannot accept a return if:

    • a product shows signs of user abuse, improper modifications or usage, or improper installation.
    • a product has a missing or altered serial number or UPC label (the bar code label on the factory box), or if the entire factory box is missing.
    • a return product’s serial number does not match that of the original product we shipped.
    • a product is returned after 30 days of receipt.
    • a product is returned without a valid RMA number.
    • a product is damaged during return shipment from improper packing (we recommend that you pack all products properly and that you use an insured shipping service with tracking information such as FedEx or UPS).
    • a software or media product has been opened.

  • Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we inspect and test all products for return acceptance. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed; your refund will be issued or a replacement will be shipped only after we have evaluated the returned item(s). It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for your credit to be processed and issued to your credit card.

  • How to return a product

    Please e-mail or call us to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products returned without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Please ship the item(s) back to us within 7 business days of receiving your RMA number (an RMA number is only valid for 7 business days after it is issued).

NOTE: All merchandise purchased from Technic is sold in the original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. Please place the original factory box inside a separate shipping box when you ship the product back to us (unless we shipped the factory box to you alone without a separate outside box). Please do not place stickers or shipping labels directly on the original factory package.

All products purchased online from our website carry the full, original manufacturer’s warranty, or Technic’s warranty, as indicated on the product information page. You can contact us or the manufacturer directly for warranty service. If you need warranty support for any product purchased from our online store and have trouble contacting or obtaining support from the manufacturer, please contact us for assistance.
